I recently visited Lahey Urgent Care for a respiratory issue. I was treated with professionalism and compassion by Tiana, NP, Gillian, RN and Bridget, X-ray tech. This was my second visit over time and I was provided with top notch care as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lahey Urgent Care to anyone when seeing their PCP is not an option. Pam M.
Rude nasty woman in the office. Went in today as a follow up to a visit last week because the medication I was given didn’t work. The first person was trying to help when someone behind her chimed in that they would not see me or help me and that my only chance of getting help would be to contact my primary care doctor. Wasn’t this nice and it was said so nasty. I guess I will not be visiting here again.
