They never have an appointment for you. And when you question them about it, they are pretty rude about it.
Everyone in this office is amazing and has made a once fearful patient actually look forward to her appointments. From the front desk and support staff, to the nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors, 5 stars across the board! Couldn’t be more pleased with the care I have received over the last 3 years.

In looking for a new primary care physician I called Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care - Market Street. I informed the receptionist that I would prefer a late morning appointment since I’d be fasting to get my bloodwork done for a yearly physical. She informed me that “a full physical for a new patient is up to the doctor’s discretion and that the first appointment is simply a chat with the doctor.” What in the world? IF I could give 0 stars I would! My experience has been incredibly frustrating and negligent. From the start, their prescription process has been a major issue. They frequently fail to send prescriptions on time, requiring constant follow-up calls. Even when they do send them, they often make errors. This has been particularly problematic for me as a full-time student and worker who relies on Adderall.
