Imagine greeting receptionists with a good morning and them blanky staring back waiting to hear why you’re there? Yeah. And then couldn’t really help provider information. How can you work in behavioral health and treat people that way? Rude! Stay away from this office. I wasn’t there for me, I was there for my partner. I’m a registered nurse so I know exceptional care when I see/feel it and unfortunately it does start in the front desk.
Three of my family members attended this clinic and we have all received prompt, friendly and helpful service when making appointments, getting placed with clinicians, and general administrative things like needing records or paperwork transferred. Definitely recommended!
