Three of my family members attended this clinic and we have all received prompt, friendly and helpful service when making appointments, getting placed with clinicians, and general administrative things like needing records or paperwork transferred. Definitely recommended!

Crisis center staff are friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, it took me several calls to get what I was looking for, and it is hit or miss as to whether they will be able to help you with your request over the phone.

Horrible receptionist - won't connect me with my doctiror explain why, he gave me all wrong medications & his private cell phone number, he is also temp. I have been transferred from beverky location to Salem because my prescribed has left - incompetent employees - what if someone was really in crisis - inam write to the governor.
