This is the best hospital in the world, with the best primary care provider Clare Gibson - always carefully explaining, never pushing you into what you do not want. The rest of the team is amazing too. Somehow everyone is extremely kind and very knowledgeable. After experiencing some horrible for profit places, I can reliably say that Lahey is totally and only pro-patients. Complete billing transparency, no confusions or misunderstandings. I only mind that there is no OB department within Lahey.

I think I'm done with this. I've been a patient here for the last 4 years and have had nothing but problems. Parking is always difficult, their software and systems are difficult to use, the building layouts are confusing and I'm often sent to multiple buildings, and the bottom line is that the care has not been good at all. My PCP pushes very heavily for medications I don't need and I am constantly having bills that are hundreds of dollars without any warning or transparency.
