My mom had an appointment here today with the physician assistant Juan Hernandez and it was SUCH a good one! He was quick, sharp, and hilarious. Juan was actually so funny that tears were coming out of my eyes and it was really nice to see my mom laughing!! She usually feels invisible but I’m sooo thankful for this appointment she had because seeing her laugh with someone (who wasn’t me) was refreshing. She was in a good mood for the rest of the day. Some physicians are unforgettable and that would be you, Juan!
where to begin. my provider answers in cryptic messages. i explained my concerns about conditions that may be contributing to my high diabetic number and instead of answering my concern the response was "are you taking your medication as prescribed?" another time I asked for a video visit and was asked if "I was in the confines of Massachusetts" when they called. had enough and and moving forward lookin for a provider that cares.
I can’t even get an appointment because my doctor isn’t connected to the epic system to the hospital. Our healthcare system is awful. Thinking of connecting one of news channels!! Been waiting for a month
Very disappointed with the woman I spoke to in regards to making an appointment, Ellen was extremely disrespectful to me when I didn’t know the fax number my doctor had sent a referral too. I asked to speak with another employee and she hung up on me, I then proceeded to try calling back several time just for her to answer then Hangup immediately multiple times. It’s a shame that it has been so difficult to speak with someone who is kind and respectful. Wouldn’t recommend Ellen to my worst enemy.
One of the cleanest hospitals on the North Shore. Always very welcoming and willing to bend backwards to meet your needs. I think going here for over a decade to see close to a dozen specialist
