Very efficient, did a fine job
Lahaina Plumbing was hired by our property manager for the cottage we rent. The company communicated well with me to let me know when they would be here. When I had no hot water the office lady seemed to really care and made us a priority. Kai & Geno came out to fix it the next day. They worked quickly and each time they were here for probably less than an hour (unlike some companies in the past that I've had slack off during the job). Absolute worst plumber in Maui. Replaced same toilet twice in three weeks. Never solved the problem. Admitted his staff didn't know what they were doing. Refused any refund and didn't complete the job.
Absolutely the worst in customer care and service! Ray, the owner, is so self absorbed at being so busy that he fails in basic customer interaction skills. First, he failed to show up for an agreed to appointment, then the next day when I called him he said that "I need to call him to remind him about meeting me!" When I called him later - to remind him about our new appointment, I had to leave a message.
