I can’t say enough good things about Lagusta’s Luscious! My girlfriend was recently put on a very strict diet with several dietary restrictions, and she had really been craving chocolate. I reached out to see if there was anything she could safely have, and they went above and beyond to help us. They took the time to confirm which chocolates worked with her restrictions, including making sure they were vegan and soy-free, and were incredibly kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience here today. When we were placing our order, I asked if they had drip coffee and they said yes. When my coffee arrived a few minutes later, it was luke warm. I asked if they could either microwave it or steam it and they said no, they would have to make a fresh pot. That took an additional 10 minutes while many other clients were served before me and while my girlfriend already finished her hot tea.
