I had to call the Laguna Beach Police dept for help to get these terrible people to release my Girlfriend. this place will INSTANTLY turn on you once the patient wants to leave their clinic , even after 3+ weeks of detoxing and daily group meetings , they will do everything in their power to make the patient stay even LONGER . why? so they can charge the patient's insurance company for the center's financial gains. Called for some information and was rudely hung up on. If you can't make them money then they won't take the time to talk to you about anything, so if you don't have insurance then you better let them known immediately that you will be paying out of pocket or they will hang up. They definitely wont be getting any of my hard earned income!! Definitely not heart-felt!! What a shame!

I had such a great experience at Laguna View. From start to finish every single employee there worked with me to get what I needed out of treatment to aftercare plans. Thanks from top to bottom!

This facility knew little to nothing about my child's addiction. They called her sometimes four times daily urging her to go there. They insisted they'd run it through her insurance and all she would need to pay for was airfare. Then they billed the insurance 45k and sent her a bill for 8k. They also hyped the place, talking about chef prepared meals which turned out to be a chef that stopped by twice a week to prepare snacks.
