I have been to many emergency rooms and urgent care facilities. I have to say Laguna Urgent care has been the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful because of the staff and Dr Amila Nissanka.
I would give this urgent care visit zero stars if I could. We came in because of a painful beach sting, but instead of showing empathy and professionalism, the experience was very upsetting. They struggled to verify my insurance for about 45 minutes and assumed my insurance card was a travel insurance card for no clear reason. Worth the drive if you aren’t in town even! All the staff here and Dr Nissanka are world class! The level of care, speed of service, and overall atmosphere here is always professional and timely. Such a great addition to the downtown Laguna area! Thanks team and Dr Nissanka @ Laguna Urgent Care!!!
Everyone at this practice was very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor addressed all of my issues and explained things so that I could understand them. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future.
We drive an hour and a half to Laguna beach and Doctor Nissanka is a very nice polite person. My wife is very happy with his service. We highly recommend it.
