I didn't stay here, but my friends did while visiting me in Toowoomba, so we had breakfast here during their visit. Food was so lovely and the coffee was superb. Such a wonderful friendly team at the Cafe and so obliging and helpful to our needs, and service was busy but our orders came very quickly. I'm so impressed that I sit here writing this review as I sit at the Cafe again for breakfast today. My new go to place. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant and relaxing. Look what can I say about this place? From the moment I called about a room, the person was polite, helpful and nothing was an issue. The morning I arrived, he was very helpful again and as I was completing some training downstairs, even bought my room key to me during a break to save me some time. The room was very spacious, I've had flats that are smaller and it was very clean. The view was meh, but it's in a commercial area, so views are not what it's there for. Only because I couldn't give zero stars. I had this booked for my fsmily for weeks and without calling they cancelled my reservation becuase of an issue with my card. We are here the night before our holiday trying to find somewhere to sleep they say "not their problem fully booked". We got a good price so they didn't want our reservation. Awful horrid service.
