Our team stayed at Laguna Apartments in Toowoomba for five weeks while working in the area, and we had a really positive experience. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and accommodating, making our stay easy from start to finish. They were happy to help whenever we needed anything and made us feel well looked after. Nice modern and well maintained apartment. Located a bit of a walk from city centre. Nice little Cafe downstairs.
I went to book this accommodation for a 3 night stay for AUD $879.27 and as I selected it and said “good news, the price of your trip of your decreased to $652.68.” But when I put in payment details, my card was rejected and we were sent an email stating that the transaction for $925.13 was declined as it was an international payment. I live 2 hours from this hotel, so obviously international owners which is not an issue, except for the dodgy behaviours surrounding pricing. Watch out for this so you don’t get caught out. I stayed at the Laguna Serviced Apartments for 2 nights. My room was massive, spotless, comfortable and it located close to the city centre. The staff were amazing. Helpful and friendly and the café downstairs served good food and coffee. Highly recommended
