We stayed in room 311. Do not rent if you are going through Miss Kitty‘s. Hopefully the owner of this unit will turn it over to the new management that is now running the place called Evoke. We went straight to the room at 3:55, our room was supposed to be ready at 4 PM. It was a mess. No one had cleaned the room. Trash everywhere, pull out sofa bed unmade, the bed had not been turned over. I called Miss Kitty’s and they managed to get someone to clean the room. Not an apology or an I’m sorry at all. This place was just terribly dirty. Really disgusting. Just walking up to the place, it's questionable. Very run down gross not clean. Leaky air conditioners everywhere, mold everywhere outside ground floor rooms. One of those places where you don't want to touch the handrails on the stairs or let the shower curtain touch you. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain so we pulled out a pile of hair and scum so that was cool. Extra blankets in the closet were clearly not even washed.
