TERRIBLE QUALITY, SERVICE, EXPERIENCE WITH ONGOING ISSUES. Don’t be fooled by dozens of pretty pictures online, the smooth, slick talking sales team with their shiny logo polos and cars, or the “awards” they have won, by an organisation which is all about sponsorship and membership. I allege many of the 5 star reviews, particularly the 25 all in the month of August 2022, are manufactured by individuals who have never had a pool or spa built by Laguna.
