Billing issue due to office entering an incorrect address. After spotting a COLLECTION on my credit report I called to verify address (which was not my address) and paid over the phone. Office assured me they would correct the collection but NEVER did. After several phone calls I had to send dispute claims to all credit agencies myself. Hope your lab is more efficient with results.

I have never dealt with a more inept, unorganized office than Laguna Pathology. I would say the total IQ collectively in this office would be a 10, and that is a generous number! I called to update my address three different times and each time I called they still had my old address in their system. The last call I made to update my address the women told me their office would send me an invoice for my remaining balance that was not covered by my insurance.
