My new service advisor is Jackson Smith. He did an outstanding job of getting my truck in for service and completed in record time in one day! The only thing I’m disappointed about is the new 3% charge for using a credit card to pay my bill.

After service, I picked up my truck and the driver side retractable step would not work. The office maintenance department personnel came out and had to fix it. The time prior to this I dropped off my truck and when I picked it up, a work remote gate opener went missing. I went back the following day and told the office maintenance department that my remote was missing after my service, and he said “That sucks, I once lost my remote and that sucked”.
