My first experience was outstanding! I was greeted by Service Advisor Jackson who provided exceptional customer service during my visit. Jackson knowledge was able to provide me with vital information to make easy decisions. I will definitely return for additional services when they’re due or needed. The waiting area was also convenient and comfortable if you decide to wait.
I was referred to Laguna Niguel GMC by Onstar and was able to speak to Carlos immediately, who informed me that my advisor would be Stephen Ruzek. This was my first time going to this dealership when my 2022 GMC Terrain stalled and wouldn't start. My advisor Stephen Ruzek was absolutely great from the start!
