I received a device after a surgery. I was not informed that I would be charged for it. I tried to follow up with this company to pay them, but they do not have a working phone number or an email to inquire. They are sending a collection notice for $11. The only way I can pay them is to drive to their office and hope someone is there. DO NOT GET ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!
Wish I could give 0 stars. This company claims they sent bills to me. They never did. And then tacked on late fees of $100. I had never heard of them. Turns out urgent care uses them, without informing you, and then suddenly you’re in collections. They use their own collections agency and they have the rudest employees. One specific, Rene. Very disappointed in this company. They want me to pay a bill that is only 200 dollars which i would definitely pay them. They have told me they had sent me a bill and yet to receive a bill from them. I even verified my address with them and still have not received. The lady that called me multiple time about the bill was very disrespectful and argumentative.
