I did not want to believe the one or 2 bad reviews on here but it is abosulety 100% true. I called to speak to attorney laguna, the receptionist answer me, she asked me what it was for, i explained to her that it was regading a paternity case, she then told you have an attorney and then she hung up on me. She is VERY knowledgeable and has compassion that is rare in attorneys. Definitely satisfied, and would go to her for any family/divorce situation I was in. Treats you as a person, and speaks with empathy. She will fight for you!
I got a missed call from a number I didn't know at the time, which was a law firm. Upon speaking to the personnel who answered, I inquired as to whom was calling. The lady then replied, 'Law office.' I then asked, 'Law office of whom?' This lady answered, 'Are you looking for an attorney or not?' So unprofessional! It just so happens that I was in an accident, but even if I were looking for an attorney, I wouldn't hire them with that lady's nasty attitude.
Mille Laguna is an excellent attorney. She had strong compassion and empathy for what I was going through during an unwanted divorce with small children. I received a result I was happy with. I would highly recommend her.
