I had 2 prior “experts” from large and popular HVAC repair businesses come out to repair our heater. One wanted to charge me $600 to replace a $24 part which I could have done myself. The other replaced 4 parts and it still didn’t work ( they charged only the service fee and took back their parts). Then Jacob came and in short order diagnosed and remedied the problem.
