Very elegant , nice upscale place
I do not recommend renting at this apartment complex. Charging resident’s visitors for parking is unfair and creates unnecessary inconvenience for families and guests. Visitors should be welcomed, not charged extra fees just to stop by. This policy makes living here less enjoyable and adds unexpected expenses. Because of this parking policy, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.
I am extremely disappointed with this community and its management team. Since August 2025, I have been owed three commissions totaling approximately $2,000, and despite numerous follow-ups, I have still not been paid. Every time I request an update, I am told to contact the owner through an email address that never responds. Months have passed with excuses, delays, and no resolution. I have been at this property for close to 2 years now. I have to say, I did have a 1 star review on here but I deleted the review. The reason for it is due to new management team that has been brought in. I was very skeptical bc this will be the 3rd group of changes in the office that I have been thru in 2 years.
