Let me give you the real deal. It’s a beautiful place to live, but let’s get into the nitty-gritty. The realtor they have working for them is a scammer. They tell you they offer two months of free rent, and they’ll prorate it throughout your lease. So, you’ll think your rent will be $2,300. But that’s a lie. Don’t believe it? If you moved in las year with the special, check your charges constantly, read your lease and be on top of unrealistic charges . The new staff seems to want to violate the terms of the original lease agreement, removing concessions that were given at move in as part of the special, fabricating charges. The office doesn’t answer the phone. I would love to see what the real estate commission has to say about this.

I have nothing, but good things to say about the maintenance team. Jorge is doing an outstanding job and his customer service skills are top notch.
Since we moved in March 2024, we’ve had several issues. Just five days after moving in, the entire closet collapsed, and we had to pick everything up while maintenance came back to reinstall it. The apartment, although new, had leaks all over, which ruined our sofa because it got filled with water. On top of that, we were charged an extra $700 for one month without any explanation.
