Do not believe the comments that have more than 1 star, this place is really the worst, the worst decision a person can make, Milagros and the entire company that manages this place only make it worse every day, if you move here be prepared to be charged if something is damaged, they tow your car for no reason, they even charge you for sending you emails, don't even think about complaining about something that is damaged in the apartment, they immediately charge you and threaten you with eviction if you don't pay, the noise ... read more
My car was towed for an “expired” decal even though my registration was already renewed and I was just waiting for the new sticker in the mail, a process that took over two weeks. The day it finally arrived, after a 16-hour shift in pouring rain, I didn’t put it on right away. By the next morning, gone. No warning, no courtesy call. Management clearly cares more about towing than treating residents fairly. Feels unfair and inconsiderate toward hardworking residents.
Where to even begin…. Totally over priced, they think this is Brickell or something. No response to emails or calls usually. You have to pay extra to park in reverse??? Biggest joke I’ve ever heard. The most recent highlight was I noticed my trashcan wasn’t outside my door anymore. The following morning we received an email that trash pick up was only certain days and anyone in violation of these rules would have trash service suspended for 30 days.
