My 83 year Mother brought her 2007 Mercedes C230 w 37K miles and they stated she needed rear brakes. They replaced pads and rotors with aftermarket junk ($100) and labor should have been 1/2 hour. I have done this all my life o different vehicles. The shop took advantage of an elderly person and charged her $1000 dollars!!! Complete fraud and elder abuse. As a resident of Laguna Beach for 44 years, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! They are completely untrustworthy and unscrupulous! Beware The shop kept the car
