A sauna canvas cover was ordered from them back in September and the wrong size was delivered mid October. I immediately returned it and they refuse to send me a replacement one until the other one sells (plus pay an additional $100). I also do not have the option of a straight up return and refund. I feel cheated by Laguna Canvas and do not recommend doing business with them. At this point I have written off the $370 invested in this debacle as a loss.
