A sauna canvas cover was ordered from them back in September and the wrong size was delivered mid October. I immediately returned it 1.5 months ago and they refuse to send me a replacement one until the other one sells (plus pay an additional $100). I also do not have the option of a straight up return and refund. I feel cheated by Laguna Canvas and do not recommend doing business with them.
