The best service from any boat company in Qld. I have recently bought a boat from them and I am also getting boats serviced by the team. I could not be happier with how they look after me and go the extra 10% to make it an exceptional experience.
I got my suzuki 300 serviced here. Great customer service, and very accommodating for pick up n drop off's. Friendly staff and knowledgeable.
I’ve been dealing with the team at laguna boating since 2012 for all my boating needs. Parts, servicing, new purchases. All their staff are always friendly, professional and bend over backwards to help. I often have out of the ordinary requests, and they always deliver for me. Anytime anyone asks me if I know a good boat mechanic or dealer I always recommend Laguna. Thanks always team and keep up the good work.
I had my Minn Kota repaired by Laguna Boating today. Their service knowledge is admirable, and pricing reasonable. It's nice deal with people who are friendly, helpful and understanding. I have no hesitation in recommending this business, and will happily use their services in the future. If all businesses were run like Laguna Boating, the whole retail experience would be so much more pleasant.
I rang this company in regards to some questions about a 2nd hand outboard motor I was looking at , and despite it coming from a private sale and not from them ...the chap I spoke to ( sorry forgot his name ) was happy to give expert advice . That's A+ customer service 👍🏽
