Highly recommended! I had an abscess under the roots of a root canal that was done roughly 20 years ago. Dr. Bagheri gave two choices for treatment and explained the probability of long-term success and the cost differences. I chose apicoectomy. The procedure went smoothly and painlessly. I had facial swelling, on the operated upon side, for 1 day post op, which was expected, and which subsided completely within 2 days.
