A wonderful practice from top to bottom. Total success here for both my daughter and myself. Before starting OIT with Laguna Allergy, I got a second opinion from one of the hospitals engaged in leading pediatric allergy research on OIT, and they confirmed the same treatment and strategy as Dr. Walters. Furthermore, the team is incredibly thoughtful in easing my toddler’s nervousness at appointments. They actually remember what works to calm her from one appointment to the next, which is genuinely heartwarming.
I came here because it was highly rated but I have not had a good experience. My first appointment the doctor was 30 min late and the second appointment had to be cancelled because they couldn't preform the patch test they previously discussed might be beneficial so I drove 45 minutes for NOTHING. The office also misspelled my name for lab work and didn't communicate any of this before hand so overall this was a total waste of time. Dr Donald Levy in Orange could get me in SAME DAY for a patch test.
Dr. Bassipour has been amazing over the past few years navigating allergies with our daughter. She is extremely thorough, caring and knowledgeable. We felt well equipped with her guidance to navigate this unfamiliar territory. After OIT therapy and various food challenges, we are officially allergy free!
I was taken good care of by the friendly & professional staff, and really liked Dr. Bassirpour.
Dr B was amazing! We came in for a medication refill, and while Dr B took an history, she noticed a few concerns. She ended up discovering my daughter had undiagnosed asthma! This explained so many problems .My daughter is feeling so much better!
