Really nice well crafted product. I have been purchasing specialty corkscrews and knives for years from this company. I only had a problem with one of the corkscrews I bought, It still worked but lost it’s tightness and became loose and wobbly. I made use of their warranty policy and they made it right. However; I found the process to be cumbersome. To summarize succinctly for you the lengthy review to follow: 1. This company failed to communicate effectively and forthrightly. 2. Fantastic Handmade Knives! Got a letter opener as a gift & was not disappointed. Will definitely order from them again as gifts. Packaging was clean & presentable, shows the high quality of the product in the pkging.
My husband needed a new corkscrew for his work. He asked me to ship for him. He works on a cruise ship. He only uses Laguiole. As a sommelier you only need the best out there, and they delivered to him on the ship quickly. Excellent service.
