Dr.Laguduva is very knowledgeable, has great bedside manners, patient, friendly and is thorough.
She couldn't care less. After 3 months we were assigned an appointment with lead dr Garfinkle who cared enough to go through all the reports of the past three months. He was happy to answer all our questions with interest even after a 24hr workday. The office did a bunch of tests without informing us that the tests may require pre authorization. We asked our insurance provider and they asked for pre auth. The doctors office says it is against their policy to do pre-auth. With in network doctor it would seem the insurance and... read more
Absolutely my favorite doctor. So caring and amazing bed side manor !!! Love her
Very disappointing! My wife had a simple procedure and had to make 8 trips in the last 6 months. There is no resolution till date and finally my wife has to under go surgery. 1) Wait times on an avg is around 1 hour and 15 mins. 2) Bad communication, Dr L would not follow up with what needs to be done next or give proper instructions. 3) During one of the visits, my wife had to return saying there was no technician avbl to do the ultra sound.
