RecommendedGreat school I must say. Awesome facilities but if you need something regarding information or financial details or support you're done! You've to walk building to building, office to office, & person to person. It's so annoying. I gave up on my financial aid. Paying from my pockets. They're so incompetent on helping freshmen. I should've gone to a private school; LAGCC is too unorganized and dysfunctional!!!! Since day one my LaGuardia Community College experience has been conflicted and frustrating!!!!!!
The school really caters to its students and has many resources for your academic and personal life if you know where to look for it (in my opinion, the best places to look for this information is the main website as well its various social media outlets, talking to fellow students, and exploring the buildings on your own).
