I arrived an hour early to my appointment and I'm thankful I did. I was given a dock door where no one was. After that it became chaotic. I was there for a total of three hours but it is not friendly to back into these spots. No lines and it is tight. If being tight wasn't enough then it goes up hill with a fence line in the way. Trucks were backed up onto the street waiting for people to back in. No parking on site. Bathrooms are available inside both check in areas.
This place sucks. Takes to long to load. But by appointment only. What a joke.
No overnight parking. Friendly staff quick loading.
Good staff just get there on time that all no overtime parking and no street parking maybe at the entrance about 2 truck spat place is super tight for park in door take it slow when u park in door.
New unloading process is dumb. They make the driver lock the red airline and leave us with the keys. Nobody checks to see if the lock is in place so just ignore it and chock the wheels because they open the dock door next to you to check if the wheels are chocked 🤣
