I have been coming to Lagree for years, so it’s incredibly disappointing to see the studio slowly go downhill. There seems to be very little management presence, and unfortunately long-term, loyal clients no longer seem to be valued or looked after. The pricing has also become increasingly difficult to justify for the level of service being offered. Unfortunately, my experience with this studio has been disappointing, particularly when it comes to management and customer service. The instructors themselves are generally very good, and the classes can be excellent, which makes the way the studio is managed even more frustrating. Communication from management is poor, policies are handled rigidly with very little consideration for individual circumstances, and there seems to be little emphasis on retaining or looking after loyal clients. I love LagreeFit a lot especially classes with Polina. However just so that everyone is aware - Amanda’s class was not great. You can see it from the reviews in ClassPass as well. She does not bring a good energy to the class and is rude. At the end of the class she told us to get into a figure four stretch; yes everyone but one did the stretch and perhaps she just had terribly long day because she said “just goes to show how many people listen in this class” as we went to do different stretches.
