Karma gave such great cues during class. Her cues helped me focus on making small changes in my positioning and posture. This class really challenged me in the best way possible. She also offered a few alternative poses/exercises so I can really see how people who are more advanced at Lagree can always improve and challenge themselves.
class with Sarah was great, she was super friendly, good cueing and demo's. Hard workout.
I really enjoyed Vanessa’s class. Well paced and well thought out. Great introductory to the machine and my first class experience
