It’s my first time going back to Lagree after 9 years and though challenging, Karma made it feel less intimidating. She made sure I was modifying with my left rotator cuff injury and corrected my form in a discreet way. Her instructions and demos were clear. Thank you

Zoe was charming and genuinely helpful in guiding me into the correct poses to achieve results. This was my second class, and on both classes I found the microphone volume to be quite high. Maybe it’s just my personal sensitivity to sound, but at times the audio blended together and became overwhelming, which made it difficult to clearly understand the instructions.
