Super Grateful for this gem <3...After having my first child, I took a long break from working out and honestly was nervous to start back up. I started Legree a month ago and I am impressed with the cleanliness of the studio and the supportive nature Mikael and Noelle provide. Even if the class is challenging, they take extra attention to make sure you feel great. Thank you guys so much for the environment you create <3
If you are serious about your workouts , this is your studio. I’ve been doing Lagree for 15 years. I know all the studios and all the trainers. Do NOT listen to the reviews from class passers or irrational clients. It’s a serious class. If you come to this and you are on your phone , or you are dressed with private parts hanging out , or you have offensive body odor, you will be called out. Excellent teachers. Come if you want a hard , serious Lagree workout. Otherwise stay home.

I went to this studio with a few friends for my birthday. It was one of my first workouts as a new mom and post c section. I wore a standard tennis skirt with shorts underneath. Mikael did not ask if I had any injuries or need adjustments. Half way through class, Mikael came up and called me out publically that my outfit was inappropriate for class and it deeply offended him as a 52 year old man.
