Absolutely Horrible staff. My friend came here and a CANNOT BELIEVE the Disgusting treatment she received here. Not only did the male pilates trainer name Mikeal Padilla harassed her for wearing a Perfectly normal workout skirt. Not only did he berate her for it but he threatened to post videos of her body online? Disgusting and Illegal behavior!!! I want him fired immediately. I truly cannot believe anyone would do something so awful. Do Not come here
I truly fell in love with Lagree because of Lagree Underground. When I first started, it was incredibly challenging, but I kept coming back because of the amazing instructors. Mikeal and Noelle are not only super knowledgeable and friendly but also genuine experts in their craft. They always take the time to show you the right form and ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly, which makes a huge difference. First Megaformer class while visiting LA with my sister~It was 45 minutes and intense!. The exercise sequence was well-arranged and there were quite a lot of them. I recommend instructor Noelle she’s pretty nice and very patient with us as beginners.
