Lagree is always a great workout but really enjoy this studio because of the instructors, cleanliness, and surprisingly easy options for parking given the location!!
This studio is great. I go with my wife and it's a great way to help my lower back aches and pains!
I’ve taken 10 classes at Luxe Lagree Pilates and I really love it. I originally booked without even knowing what Lagree was — I thought it was just reformer Pilates — but after that first class I felt so good. It’s a mix of strength, balance, and cardio, and it becomes a little addictive in a positive way. The trainers are amazing, the studio is very clean, and booking online is super easy. Every time I leave, I just feel nice, calmer, and stronger.
I’m loving this studio! It definitely takes a handful of classes to get the hang of the exercises but the instructors give great tips and help you out extra when you tell them you’re a beginner. Now that I’ve got 10 classes under my bet I’m feeling a lot more confident in the moves!
So far I have completed 10 classes and I absolutely love it! In the winter I find it hard to stay motivated, and doing classes at lagree luxe has totally got me back into it! The studio is clean, instructors are awesome, and classes are hard (in a good way!). I am looking forward to continuing my membership.
