I have been going to Lagree Luxe for 3+ years, multiple locations. This location is one of my favorites as the instructors really put you to work! I always leave feeling challenged and stronger than when I entered
My go-to studio for years. All the instructors have been really friendly and available for help. They really want you to succeed.

Best workouts! Started here 2 years ago with a focus on rebuilding core strength for marathon running. I've run 7 marathons since joining and it's truly changed the way my body recovers from marathons and distance running. I've always been a runner, but adding this training has allowed me to compete in more races than I used to be able to string together. It's helping me reach my goal of running 50 marathons in 50 states!
Love this location and the instructors—everyone is so welcoming, and the instructors always introduce new moves that make great use of the reformer and keep classes interesting. I love that a membership gives you access to all studio locations. Would recommend!
