Hardest workout I’ve done in a long time. In three weeks since starting I’ve gained 2% muscle mass. Very transformative workouts. I would caution that you need a certain level of strength and physical health to do lagree with correct form. Instructors are very good at motivating you not to quit (which you definitely want to do at some points). My only complaint is they do not incorporate any stretching into the class time and I feel rushed stretching after class so I never get an adequate recovery stretch after.
Lagree Luxe is my go to workout studio in Denver! All the instructors are great and it’s such an awesome workout!
