I love lagree everyone is so nice! I am obsessed I definitely saw faster results on toning on my body than when I used to just run and weight lift. The only thing I wish they had locations in other cities like Dallas!
I’ve loved adding in a Lagree class every week to my routine! It’s a great addition to the yoga, sculpt and weight lifting I do and really creates a good mental and physical challenge. I’ve tried a few different instructors and love Raizel’s style — she’s great at explaining the moves, cuing so we’re focusing on the right muscles and encouraging the class. I love the space and think it’s a better deal and experience than some others I’ve tried.
I love Lagree Luxe + I love this location! I have a very fluctuating work schedule, so I’m always attending classes at different times, different days, and different instructors. No matter when I go, I feel like I always have an amazing workout with a supportive and challenging instructor.
This has been, by far, the worst gym experience I’ve ever had. The owner/manager, Heather, was extremely uncooperative and dismissive when I reached out to share concerns about my experience. When I first joined, I was completely new to Pilates. They gave me a quick three-minute overview, and that was it. I had to track down the coach myself before class to ask for help.
