One of my favorite workout places in Houston hands-down! I live past Katy, TX but got the opportunity to try a hot Mat Pilates class one day, and have been hooked ever since! I wish I could go more often than I do but because it’s so far away from me I only go once a week. Best place for hot mat and reformer in HTX! The studio is kept very clean and the front desk ladies are so kind and caring! The instructors are amazing ESPECIALLY Christina, Lauren and Megan!! Love this place and continue to come back regularly!!
10/10. The best workout in Houston. 🤍 I’m 56 classes in, and I’ve never been this consistent with working out. The music is amazing, the community is incredible, and everyone is so kind. LOVE power mat!!!! Classes fill up fast, so get there early and don’t be afraid of the waitlist—I get into classes all the time. In love with power mat! The heat and Pilates is addicting, you feel euphoric afterwards. I love the instructors, the front desk crew, the cleanliness, the entire atmosphere is top notch! I’ve been going a few years now, I love it!
I really like this studio. The instructors are wonderful with great paced classes. I wish they had more class times on the weekends and better parking.
