While I was in Houston, I visited this studio and took several classes with different instructors (every single one was amazing!) Each class was well-structured, and the instructors were knowledgeable and encouraging. Highly recommend their Mat Pilates class!
This Lagree studio STILL ROCKS... I had to take off for a year for medical reasons but have just returned. I lost a lot of my great results from the first 196 classes SO NOW.... HEAD DOWN and concentrate. Don't let anyone fool you...it may look like palates, BUT it's NOT! One of the most intense workouts that I've participated in, which delivers results!
Must challenging lagree studio in existence! Have been attending this studio since they only offered reformer classes down the street. They offer a heated room with different types of workout as well. Come here if you are okay with getting pushed to the max, sweating profusely, and okay with dying a little.
Truly the best workout studio in Houston! The studio is always spotless, upbeat, and so motivating the second you walk in. The owners and coaches are incredible at what they do and really make you feel welcome and supported. Sara, Ana, and Megan have each made such a difference in my experience here. They push you in the best way and make the workouts fun. I truly look forward to coming in! I can’t recommend this place enough.
I never knew I could love a fitness studio so much! I enjoyed the Powermat classes; while they were difficult, they challenged me. Lauren is the sweetest, so going to her classes was always the best!
