Best workout and FAVORITE group of workout instructors I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve done a lot of Pilates and yoga in my life. I’ve done classes across traditional Pilates (Mat, reformer), yoga (hot, not), HIIT, you name it and nothing has impacted my physique as effectively. All the teachers I’ve tried are great. Highly recommend!

Bend is SO fortunate to have this addition to our vibrant work out culture!
Love coming here! The location is beautiful and all the instructors are incredible. They give lots of modifications to allow you to listen to what your body needs that day!
