Kirby’s class today was AWESOME! She added some new move’s that targeted glutes and fried them! Her transitions between moves were smooth and well thought out. It’s obvious she really puts effort into crafting her classes. I was sweating and every single muscle was shaking 30 minutes after class!
I am new to Lagree, but started in mid November and two months and 33 classes in and I love it! Never mind that I’m on the older side of the class attendees, but I appreciate the challenges to my body and the focus it requires to get into the various positions. Each instructor has their own strengths and style and I’m enjoying figuring out which classes work best for me. ❤️ I definitely need to supplement classes with cardio, but it’s a fun alternative workout. Love the three locations too.
I’ve been attending Lagree classes here for over two years and absolutely love it. Challenging workouts, amazing instructors, and an overall fantastic gym experience. Highly recommend!
