Clean consistent full body workout
Finally had the opportunity to visit Lagree High Desert Westside with one of my favorite instructors Merideth! As always, a great class
Love this workout- it moves fast so you never get bored and it feels safe and super effective for total body toning and maintaining muscle.
Best workout and FAVORITE group of workout instructors I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve done a lot of Pilates and yoga in my life. I’ve done classes across traditional Pilates (Mat, reformer), yoga (hot, not), HIIT, you name it and nothing has impacted my physique as effectively. All the teachers I’ve tried are great. Highly recommend!
