Great gym very welcoming
Great studio and what an amazing instructor! I took my first Lagree class and Morgan was amazing. She was able to show me each move before doing it without missing a beat for the other experienced participants. The workout itself was unlike anything I’ve done before. I’m a cyclist, runner, and Yogi and this is a whole new experience! There are three locations throughout Bend and I plan on trying all of them during my introductory month. Best workout ever! Full body workout and always feels good after.
You can’t beat the West studio! It's the OG spot for a reason—spacious layout, top-tier equipment, a ton of class times, and a cute coffee shop next door! The trainers bring incredible energy with thoughtfully curated workouts that always push you to your limit in the best way. Can't recommend enough!
