I love Lagree HD and the awesome community of instructors and patrons. Everyone is warm and friendly, and the atmosphere is in general so inviting. I have worked out Lagree HD pregnant and postpartum and have always felt to be in knowledgeable hands and safe in my workouts. Lagree West is in a very convenient location, with a coffee shop and several restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a drink or a meal before or after class. Since it’s a bit farther from where I live, I don’t usually take classes at this location. However, I came this month because of the bingo challenge and ended up taking Kirby’s class. Love Lagree! This location is such a vibe with the cutest coffee shop next door!
The studio is clean, the instructors are motivating, and the workouts are consistently some of the best I’ve ever done. I leave every class feeling stronger than when I walked in. If you’re looking for a workout that’s effective, fun, and backed by an amazing community, I can’t recommend Lagree High Desert West enough!
