The workouts are super challenging and effective. My obliques and core have never felt stronger. I’ve been going here for the last 5 months and worked my way up to 4x a week. I feel really great overall and would continue coming here if I can make my finances work. The only downside is the membership cost — it’s definitely expensive, but if you can swing it, the results speak for themselves!
I have been going to the dungeon for five years and it’s the best! All of the instructors are top notch, the music is great and it never gets boring. Five stars!
I’ve been consistently going to Lagree dungeon for a little over 6 months now and I’ve not only seen amazing progress with my body, but an increase in my mental health. This place rocks
Lagree Dungeon is on Classpass, but you cannot book classes through it. This causes confusion and disappointing to experience. At one point, I was able to book a class, but then they cancelled it without explanation. It was hard to reach out to them for a reason and they did not offer a solution. In addition, they relisted availability for the same class, but higher credit cost. They are not utilizing Classpass the way it is intended to be used.
