I’ve been consistently going to Lagree dungeon for a little over 6 months now and I’ve not only seen amazing progress with my body, but an increase in my mental health. This place rocks

Lagree Dungeon is on Classpass, but you cannot book classes through it. This causes confusion and disappointing to experience. At one point, I was able to book a class, but then they cancelled it without explanation. It was hard to reach out to them for a reason and they did not offer a solution. In addition, they relisted availability for the same class, but higher credit cost. They are not utilizing Classpass the way it is intended to be used. I’ve been going to the studio for more than a year and a half and I love it! It’s been very helpful in making me both stronger but also more balanced in my body. Every class is very challenging and the instructors are very helpful in helping you understand how to do exercises correctly and offering accommodations for when you need them. I highly recommend the dungeon.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. I signed up for a newsletter from this place, but never signed up for classes. I have never even set foot inside. Now they are telling me I have an outstanding balance and that they’re forwarding me to collections. They’re even adding in threats, telling me how my credit will be severely impacted and they’re going to add on more fees. I sent them 4 emails, no reply. I called them over and over, no answer.
