Lagree has been my favorite workout for the last 5+ years because of The Dungeon! And recently started getting into Versa, which has been such a good challenge. Great studio with amazing instructors, highly recommend!
I absolutely love Lagree! This has been life changing. Every instructor is encouraging. Such a great vibe. This is the only workout I have done where I am only thinking about the move because it is so hard. I feel so strong! Love this place!
The Dungeon is the reason why I became a big fan of Lagree. It seems like they were one of the first in the game and have really grown since their opening. The classes are challenging and the instructors have always been great at correcting form.At first, I didn’t love that the studio didn’t have mirrors, but over time I realized it helped me focus on the mind-muscle connection. Update: I heard they opened another location and wanted to check it out and give them a second chance. Turns out I don't need to, because they blocked me on Instagram. Lagree Dungeon is on Classpass, but you cannot book classes through it. This causes confusion and disappointing to experience. At one point, I was able to book a class, but then they cancelled it without explanation. It was hard to reach out to them for a reason and they did not offer a solution.
