Robert Lagreca does not return emails or phone calls and somehow put in writing that 14 scenic , buildable acres backing to a golf course in Thornbury chester county is worth only $300,000. He undervalued my home and property by 80%. I simply wanted a fair and accurate appraisal and he wrote one not worth the paper its written. Use this firm at your own risk.
Received full refund after a decision was made to not move forward with an appeal. It was a promise made when the work was done, and kept. I can fully recommend this firm.
Took my $450 and did not refund me when appeal was not progressed. Sham.
