I went to LaGravinese for my wedding ring appraisal for insurance purposes. I called him over the phone to schedule an appointment, and he answered right away, finding time on a days head notice to fit me in for an appraisal. He kept the ring in front of me the entire time, and was talkative through the process, which only took about 30 minutes.
