Janet and Tom were incredible helpful. I called an hour before closing needing some information. Janet got back to me a half hour later with the information I needed. Very professional, and friendly, and I would feel very comfortable going back many times for all my needs.

I inherited a dozen pieces of jewelry and I had no information about any of them. She arranged an affordable next day meeting with Tom to sort through what was high value enough to require actual insurance appraisals. Tom was fantastic... Tom is a True master of his craft. His knowledge of gemstones, metals, mining, jewelry and the entire culture was mind opening. His every response to all of my questions and concerns were answered with nothing less than perfect explanations due to his lifelong career in this industry.
