I've always thought they kept a clean job site, but not since the pandemic. They have been renovating a house on 93rd for about a year - not only has it been messy and an eye sore, but there are nails all over the driveway. I spent $160 to replace a fairly new tire b/c a nail went thru the tire tread. I called them to ask that they clean up the nails in the driveway (I picked up about 15 in the street). They didn't!
I cannot say enough about the impressive quality work that has been done on our home. We have had hurricane impact windows, a new roof, gutters and working on a pool cage. We highly recommend Nick and his team for superb quality work.
This locally owned family business is perfect for anyone considering building a new home as well as remodelling an existing property. LaGrasta homes is currently building a 6,000 sq/ft for me and I have used them more than a dozen times on my personally owned remodel projects. Working with LaGrasta Homes has been a wonderful experience. Nick the owner and all of his employees are professional, honest, knowledgeable and just simply really great people. They have done excellent work, are extremely detailed and motivated to deliver exactly what we wanted. They were thorough on every step and any follow up needed after completion. Excellent!!!
Our house was built in 8 month! during the pandemic. La grasta homes new how to handle shortage and demand and kept his crew working. They are very responsive and Professional. Can't say enough of how pleased we are of the quality of house we got. We got more than expected. Highly recommend Nick Lagrasta and team!
