Great service We purchased our SUV elsewhere but used their service department for years with nothing but the BEST service. Extremely friendly and helpful. When we decided to buy our next one we naturally started looking there. They were just as great and had us in our new one and on the road in no time.

LaGrange Toyota NEVER AGAIN ! I purchased a 2002 USED Chevy Pickup at this dealership 3 weeks ago. To make a long story short. I had to have all 4 ball joints replaced, the steering column replaced, the rear end was 1 1/2 qts. low on gear oil due to wore out pinion seal and yoke, the 4x4 transfer case was 1 qt. low, and to top it off the air filter was CLOGGED !!! Would highly recommend LaGrange Toyota & Joan Stafford! We recently purchased a new Toyota Tacoma. This is 2nd vehicle we've purchased from LaGrange Toyota and both times we have dealt with the same sales person, Joan Stafford, and had the same excellent service. She was extremely professional and patient during the negotiation process. I would highly recommend the dealership and Ms. Stafford in particular to anyone thinking of purchasing a Toyota!
Too confusing to deal with! We were going to buy a car from Lagrange Toyaota and it was a mess! We traded in our vehicle, went through all the paperwork and had the new car at home for 4 days. They called and said the deal wasn't going to work and we needed to bring the car back! It seems like that would have been decided before they let us take the car. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Purchase your Toyota elsewhere!!!! I purchased a Tundra from them and purchased the Platinum service plan. Truck came with free tires for life. La Grange Toyota is suppose to have a great service department but all I received was hassle after hassle. Was told the Platinum plan didn't cover everything promised. They would not honor the the free tires. Service would always take twice as long as they said and never used the oil I asked them to use.
