I called the office since last week to see when they were able to do a deed change. I was told Monday would be a good day to go in and someone would be available to assist me. When I went in there was no one there to help me. I was told to go back on Tuesday, there was no one there AGAIN. When I called in later in the afternoon, and said I would like to speak to a manager to escalate this, and see if I could get the assistance I needed. They give out false information to third parties, and flat out slander people.
They made the title transfer simple and easy. A couple emails, a couple phone calls, and 10 minutes in the office and it was all done.
