Honest. Considerate. Knowledgeable. At first contact he was unable to provide leak detection services. He was honest and recommended someone. I ended up calling him several more times for his recommendation and suggestions. Each time he was kind and helpful even though he was not fixing the leak. For us that spoke volumes on his character. Once the leak was detected, he was my fire choice. He communicated with me when there were delays. My husband and I just paid off our house and fully retired.... so our house is falling apart. During cold snap our pipes froze. Called LaGrange Plumbing and said he would be there the next day. Promptly showed up. And he had to replace our mainline to the house. We had been here for 20years and did not know that the well pump was busted, it was like a water fountain.
