Called to inquire about a previous purchase of the tombstone for my parents, but the attitude of the lady who answered a followup call to adding a date of death on the stone, didn't impress me with excuses and her attitude. Sorry to have bothered you and expecting anything above the basics of your services. Nice time to be short and rude with customers.
The experience started off fine, but once I said we wanted to get another quote from another company that changed quick. Did not appreciate the way I was being pushed or the attitude that I got for wanting to get a quote from another company. Ultimately, that company’s quote for the same headstone was $2,000 cheaper, so when we wanted to go that route, I let them know.
