Would not recommend renting from these people. Consistently failed to answer emails. Communication in general was pitiful. Rented out a property that was not up to code in more ways than one. Then they “fixed” one violation but it still wasn’t up to code, so not sure if they’re lazy or just ignorant. Consistently failed to provide water bills on time so then you’ll just end up back paying stacked bills that they failed to provide in a timely manner. Decided he was going to say racial slurs to someone but their truck and be shitty about a situation that could’ve been handled like an adult but what would you expect from a man that held a gun to a woman.
Contractors beware. From the start, I was pressured nonstop to finish a large job in one day. During the process, I was subjected to racist comments and disrespectful treatment, which is why I chose not to continue the job. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he escalated things and even called the police unnecessarily. Based on my experience and the environment I encountered, this is not someone I would recommend working with. Overall, a very hostile and unpleasant experience. Proceed with caution.
