Called on 11/14 to have them come and look at a broken window. They said sure. Called today and said hadn’t heard about getting on the schedule. She said: well, if we have a reason to be in that area we will stop by but otherwise no. I would have preferred that information on the 14th. Not a company I’m going to give money to that’s for sure.

I have known the owner for a very long time. Great person cares about ppl and his final product for customers.As an owner of multiple businesses I can really appreciate Casey's hardwork and approach to business. Nothing but good from LG Glass and mirror.

They Installed 2 shower doors for us 1st one had loose handle & towel bar It took 3 calls & finally an office visit to get them to come back to fix this small problem properly 2nd one (2 yrs. later had loose door seal come off after a few months I’ve called & called to have this small thing taken care of and 2 office visits but no one ever followed up !!!
