It's a farm, what's not to like. Its awesome
I would strongly suggest to NOT rent here. Pros: - Quiet complex - Larger apartments Cons: - Rent increasing from a 1 BR/1 BA apartment $2,050 a month to $2,350 (including washer/dryer). Managers explanation is for them to be at “market value”. Nothing has been added to increase the value of the community. Monthly price will also be increasing next lease term to AT LEAST $2,450 for a 1 BR/1 BA. - No amenities aside from a gym. - Terrible parking situation. Wayyyy to overpriced.
Complex looks nice but is incredibly expensive. No parking for residents. Or you pay for parking. Management seems nice but does not follow through on anything.
