Absolutely the nicest place to live. Quiet and friendly. The maintenance crew is exceptional.
Extremely loud upstairs neighbors and nothing is being done despite numerous ongoing complaints. The apartments are also very drafty. We have wind stoppers on 3 doors & plastic wrap on a large window and the electric bill was still almost $600 throughout the winter. Besides that, the complex is not bad.
Had a showing here. Ending up moving to Hudson West but these apartments are absolutely beautiful!
I might be a bit biased since but I lived here for 3 years, and absolutely loved it! The neighborhood feels welcoming and peaceful, with easy access to restaurants, and Adams . It’s a safe, quiet community, and the staff was always friendly and responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place to call home!
