Over the past year, I’ve noticed a decline in my experience at this office. Appointments have been rescheduled multiple times, staff turnover seems high, and communication from the front desk has been inconsistent. During recent visits, I also noticed maintenance issues in the office, including ceiling leaks and damaged ceiling tiles, which made the environment feel less comfortable than before. Based on my recent experiences, I decided to continue my dental care elsewhere.
Staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend
Had an emergency. Severe toothache. Dr. Granger found time within couple hours to squeeze me in. In a matter of few minutes after I stepped in the office I was in the chair, got the block and pain was gone and gone forever, because Dr. Granger performed pulpectomy and 2 weeks later Dr. Blum did root canal. All procedures were absolutely painless. Fantastic skills!
I can’t recommend Lagrange Dental enough. Dr. Sinha is an amazing dentist—knowledgeable, compassionate, and someone who truly cares about her patients. I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but she made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Stopped by in person a week ago to see how much a chipped tooth repair would be. The receptionist said I would have to get a consultation to determine the cost. I asked would they take my insurance gave her my card she scanned it I even asked if the Consultation had a fee-. said they would get back to me. They did not. I even called and left a message days later . Still no response. I guess they don’t need any business and don’t need to respond to people who actually walk in and call.
