It's the best shop i've visited here. I made it to the shop late yesterday and Ben was very kind and professional. The service was very accurate and affordable. I also did ask many questions about another parts and concerns about my cars and got all the honest advices. I would recommend the shop to anyone needing honest and professional service.
I called about a pre purchase car inspection and it was immediately obvious that they care about their customers and are genuinely kind. The service they offered to perform was also better than the dealership I spoke to about the same issue. You will not find this level of quality customer service at any dealership!
Driving from auburn to atl, stranded on the side of the road as my car started to shake on the highway. I called at least five other locations and said they were unable to help me until I reached Ben, upon chatting on the phone making sure I was safe first, he had a hunch as to what the issue could be… And sure enough he was right. Without a doubt, this is the best automotive place in Lagrange and potentially the best in Georgia. Ben is a great guy and knows more about the cars than the cars know. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
