I booked this business last weekend in Calgary. Chef Funmi came 2hours late to the event, and then it took her another 30 to 45 mins to set up. Food was cold and uneatable especially the creamy pasta. Food was supposed to be setup in a chaffing dishes and kept warm with a burner, instead she placed the packed food in a tray into the chaffing dish and served that straight, it was tacky, unprofessional and distasteful.
