An amazing family run business who truely went above and beyond to ensure that not only my new pool was installed seamlessly but also overhauled and made over my entire backyard (that was in desperate need of a makeover) I felt like I was on an episode of backyard blitz. Although we weren’t able to go ahead with our pool installation due to a very high water table on our property, I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Lagoon Pools. From start to finish, their customer service has been outstanding—professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Kim and Michelle were amazing. I had to delay the install due to logistics and they were extremely helpful, patient and understanding. The pool is now in and I couldn't be happier. Super professional and service fantastic, highly recommend.
Kim and Michelle were nothing but amazing. Michelle kept in touch with me for months making sure I was kept in the loop until the right pool came along. Once we decided on the pool the whole process was easy and quick, and they were always a pleasure to deal with.
